About Me

I’m Alison, an ICF accredited coach with over 15 years experience of leading and coaching people.

I first discovered coaching when I was working as CEO of a National Youth Justice Organisation. I was looking for new ways to manage and develop my staff and volunteers and so I decided to train as a coach. I can honestly say that coach training changed the way I viewed myself, my staff and the world around me. I learned to understand myself and others so much better and discovered how to harness peoples strengths and to build teams of people whose skills complimented each other. Coaching is a skill I have used every day since then in all sorts of work and life situations.

I’m lucky enough to live in beautiful Co. Donegal but I coach clients from all over the world.

If you’re ready to become the most effective leader you can be, then I’d love to hear from you.
