Statistics show that when you support and empower women, families and communities flourish. I have committed to donating at least 10% of all profits from my coaching to charities who do this work locally and around the world. Therefore the investment you make in coaching for yourself will also benefit women around the world trying to create a better life for themselves and their families. UNICEF -

2020 has been a year of great uncertainty and hardship for people as a result of COVID-19 which has affected the lives of millions around the world, therefore I will be making my donation on your behalf to UNICEF International to support women and families struggling to survive in the midst of this global pandemic.

Irish Red Cross -

Alongside this, I will be supporting the Irish Red Cross in their efforts to tackle the ongoing urgent situation in Yemen. This is life giving money that helps the most vulnerable.
